Cold Plunge
Cold water immersion is a powerful recovery technique that triggers stress responses within the body that pushes your physical and mental capabilities. You can finish you Ark session with a plunge then allow your body to self regulate or utilise contrast therapy between the cold plunge and saunas to stimulate blood circulation, reduce muscle soreness and increase overall recovery.

Proven to help with lymphatic drainage, decreasing muscle pain and aches and increase your warm up time and recovery post-workout.

END of September 2025 we will open our indoor street style court design for the social enthusiast or young athlete to enjoy the beautiful game of basketball or to enhance your individual skills. Alternate shortened setting offering elite training tools such as Dr.dish, Blazed and 4 x FIBA approved Goalrilla shooting zones.

Our cardio machines are available for those who would like to put extra work into their sessions. No matter if you would like to increase your VO2 max or just get your blood circulating while looking out over the garden, its the perfect compliment to any contrast session.
